3 ways to take a class

  • Would you like to learn hands on and connect with other couples going through the same journey as you? In-person classes are for you! Classes are held in Shelley, ID at Elevated Life Family Chiropractic.

  • If you’re not local to Southeast Idaho but would still like to take classes with instructor feedback, this option is for you! You will watch the online classes found at Birth Boot Camp but we will meet weekly online to discuss questions and important points we want to emphasize.
